When we have problems, they only build up and stress us out if we allow them to. Constantly thinking about them and allowing them to play on our mind doesn't reduce them, it only multiplies them.

If we don't think about the positives and how better things will get on the other side of the problem, it will take us longer to get out away from our problems. We will just stay stuck in the same difficult spot if we keep dwelling on the past and current problems.

Our current problems and situations will soon become the past, and our past is not included in our future.

Rather than dwelling on them, we need to trust that God will provide the solution and keep moving forward. We have been destined a bright and fruitful future with purpose.

God takes us to where we need to be. So we often go through things in order to be gain knowledge, strength and character which we will need for our future. (Romans 5:3-4)

The solution to our problems in our bright future. So if we want to find how to get there, we need to change our mindset and thinking.

We shouldn't keep dwelling on what has happened, how we got into our problems, how we could have done things differently, who may have wronged us, or why someone may have hurt us.

We won't get any answers if try to question the past. We won't get a response and so will end up wasting precious time on the past, when it has no place in our future.

We can't change the past, but only grow and learn from it. God tells us to 'forget the former things and stop dwelling on the past.' (Isaiah 43:18)

First step is bringing all past mistakes, failures, pain and hurt to God. God acquits and forgets our past, and and brings us peace and restoration so we can move on to the future he has in store for us.

If we are currently going through tough times, trust that they will get better and it will soon become the past so we can be at peace and move on. Dark moments and shadows are temporary blocks. The definition of a shadow is an obscurity on something where direct light is cut off and cannot reach due to this obstruction. It's a blockage, but its not permanent. God can clear our lives to remove all shadows, blocks and obstructions and bring the light in.

We often fear long dark nights because we can't see so clearly. Our burdens and sorrows come like shadows and obstruct our light and path. But know that eventually, the sun will soon rise and shine.

When morning comes, we feel the warm ray of sunshine, we can see things clearly and rejoice because 'weeping may last for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.' (Psalm 30:5)

God promises that soon our dark nights and cold winters end, spring will come next, flowers will bloom and things look brighter. (Songs of Song 2:11)

God has planned a great future for us. He says that our future will be prosperous (Job 8:7)

He has something better for us. We haven't seen the best yet, its still to come.

We can't even perceive how great our future in God will be. 'No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.' (1 Corinthians 2:9)

It's a sure definite promise! And God is so faithful! He can never let us down! He is 'not like man that he should lie or change his mind... He will speak and act, He will promise and fulfill.' (Numbers 23:19)

Humans can let us down, but God can't. It's not in his nature to, its impossible for him to.

It may be difficult to let go our past troubles and current problems, but we shouldn't dwell on them and allow them to overshadow us and obstruct our future.

God wants us to fully let go and believe everything Hehas promised, trust and wait for him. Our spring will soon come!
